Refund & Cancellation Terms

All Badge and ticket sales are final. Indigencon does not issue refunds on ticket purchases for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or inability to attend.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Badges are transferable to another attendee at no cost up to seventy-two (72) hours before the Event start. To transfer a Badge, email Contact@Indigencon.com with the original order details and the new attendee's full name and email.

If Indigencon cancels the Event in full, Badge holders will be contacted directly with next steps. If the Event is rescheduled, Badges will automatically transfer to the new dates.
